As a Junior International Business Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to help drive this international growth from day one, get to know clients, discover new markets, and develop yourself into a sales professional within the maritime technology sector.
In the role of Junior International Business Developer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will visit customers worldwide to gauge their satisfaction, answer questions, and identify opportunities for further collaboration.
- Representing Fleet Robotics at international trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings within the maritime sector.
- Identifying and approaching potential clients and assisting in building new commercial relationships.
- Drafting and following up on commercial proposals for clients and prospects.
- Assisting with contract negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Sharing your insights—based on client feedback and your own market observations—with our internal teams to ensure our offerings continue to meet demand.

For the role of Junior International Business Developer, we require at least the following:
- At least a completed master’s degree from a university in a commercial, business administration, or technical field.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (and preferably a third language).
- You truly enjoy building and maintaining long-term, international client relationships. You don’t wait for things to happen—you identify opportunities and take the initiative to act on them.
- Our clients are located all over the world, and you’re comfortable traveling frequently.
- A strong interest in technology, business, and international collaboration.
What do we offer?
For the role of Junior International Business Developer, we offer the following:
- A gross monthly salary between €3,900.00 and €5,000.00 and a bonus plan that allows you to earn up to 20% of your gross monthly salary.
- 25 vacation days for full-time employment, with the option to purchase five additional days.
